YMCA Norfolk needs a Rapid Response Project Administrator
YMCA Norfolk is looking for a Rapid Response Project Administrator based in Norwich.
Position: Rapid Response Project Administrator
Pay: £8.29 per hour
Contract Type: Fixed Term until 30th April 2020
Hours per week: 37.5 hours
A rapid response team has been commissioned by Children’s Services to provide a response to families in crisis. The administrator will:
Support the Rapid Response project with all administrative tasks.
Support the Senior Engagement Worker/Manager with the rota for staff/on call/referrals.
Take referrals into the service during office hours and input all information onto INFORM, pass over this information to the senior/member of staff on duty so we can be a seamless/reactive service.
Attend meetings as required and take minutes.
Support the Families Engagement Manager with any administrative tasks required on an ad hoc basis.
