Position: Rapid Response Project Administrator
Pay: £8.29 per hour
Location:  Norwich
Contract Type: Fixed Term until 30th April 2020
Hours per week:  37.5 hours

Job Role:
A rapid response team has been commissioned by Children’s Services to provide a response to families in crisis. The administrator will:

  • Support the Rapid Response project with all administrative tasks.
  • Support the Senior Engagement Worker/Manager with the rota for staff/on call/referrals.
  • Take referrals into the service during office hours and input all information onto INFORM, pass over this information to the senior/member of staff on duty so we can be a seamless/reactive service.
  • Attend meetings as required and take minutes.
  • Support the Families Engagement Manager with any administrative tasks required on an ad hoc basis.
