At Network Norwich and Norfolk we collect information about our users for the following main reasons:

1. To provide an interactive website where email is used to communicate with the users.
2. To enable the purchase of event tickets through our online shop.
3. To help us to improve the service we offer.

Our principles

We are absolutely committed to protecting your privacy. Our policy can be summarised in one sentence: we will not share your information with others without your consent.

We have established the following two principles:

1. We will respect your email privacy. You will only receive email from Network Norwich and Norfolk in relation to areas you have expressly signed up for.
2. We will not share any individual user details (including your email address) to any third party without your consent.

What information do we collect?

We collect information on our users through registration.

The minimum information we need to register a user is your first and last name and your email address.
We also ask for your postal address if you purchase a ticket in our shop. Shop payments are processed securely through PayPal and we do not hold any payment information ourselves.

How do we use your information?

With your consent, we use your information to send you emails about the activities of the Norfolk Christian community. This includes news, events, opinion pieces and job vacancies. We send a twice-weekly email and on occasion a 'breaking news' email.
If you have registered to receive updates from a particular group, for example Norwich FGB, Revelation or the Norfolk Christian Football League, you will receive timely updates relating to these groups sent by the Network Norfolk staff team.
There are a number of 'Partner' pages on the Network Norfolk website to which this privacy policy also relates.

Accessing and updating your personal information

You can request access to any information we hold about you by contacting web@networknorwich.co.uk 
You can also let us know if you would no longer like to receive communications from us or if your would like to amend any details we hold by emailing web@networknorwich.co.uk
