ENYP ColourNorfolk charity vacancies for youth team

If you have a passion for serving the community and meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of children and young people, ENYP could have the job for you.

Equipping Nurturing Young People (ENYP) has been delivering innovative and relevant youth and community programmed activities for over 14 years.

Over the past 18 months this has been truer than ever and as we venture out into a new season, we are once again looking to change and review what we deliver and how.

For this reason, we are looking to launch a new strategic vision called Catalyst which will be focusing on detached youth work (through our mobile youth bus) family learning/engagement/support, outdoor learning, creative digital youth work as well as leading on equity including food insecurity and mental health.

We're seeking to appoint creative and innovative people to the team, who have fresh and exciting ideas as to how we could deliver children, youth and community provision in a post-lockdown world. If you have a passion for serving the community and meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of children and young people, this could well be the job for you.

These opportunities require successful applicants to:

  • Be a committed Christian.
  • Have a heart to develop children and young people, work with families and communities through a holistic approach.
  • Have experience in grassroots community work, ideally in challenging / deprived communities.
  • Be a good team member to work within our existing staff, leadership team and volunteers.

Sessional / Part-Time Workers:
We’re looking for a number of sessional / part-time workers to help support ENYP’s delivery in different areas, these include:

  • Youth and Children Workers
  • Administration and Creative Resource
  • Food Poverty and Wellbeing

If you'd like to join the existing ENYP team, please find more information, a job description and application form or call for an informal chat.
There is a genuine occupation requirement that the post-holders are committed Christians in accordance with Employment Equality (Religion & Belief) Regulations 2003.  An Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check is required before a final job offer is made.
