Luellen Mayhew to speak at Holt worship celebration
“What does it mean to be a doorkeeper in the house of our God?” This will be the subject of a talk by Luellen Mayhew when she speaks at the North Norfolk Filling Station meeting on November 25.
Luellen describes herself as an American who has been transplanted to the UK through marrying her husband, Richard, a commodities broker in the City of London. She is the mother of four adult children and two beautiful grandchildren.
For the past 11 years she has been one of the senior leaders at King’s Gate London Fellowship church. Her passion is to see the Kingdom of God revealed on Earth as in heaven through miracles, signs and wonders. Her talk, " What does it mean to be a doorkeeper in the house of our God?”, explores the honour that David was putting on a simple task in the house of the Lord.
Everyone is welcome for an evening of fellowship and worship followed by the main talk. There will also be a time for prayer ministry at the end. The evening starts at 7pm for coffee, cakes and chat, with the talk from around 7.30pm.
Using weekday evening ‘celebrations’ offering high quality speakers, contemporary sung worship and accessible prayer ministry, the North Norfolk Filling Station seeks to offer a further informal way of expressing the Christian faith. It is part of a growing non-denominational network which now has over 100 meetings within the UK attended by 5000 people. For further details please see: www.thefillingstation.org.uk
Holt Community Centre is at Kerridge Way, Holt, Norfolk, NR25 6DN, with plenty of parking in Budgens car park next door.
