Fundraiser and volunteer counsellor for TimeNorfolk 

Christian-based pregnancy loss charity TimeNorfolk is looking to appoint an experienced freelance fund-raiser county-wide and also a volunteer counsellor in the King’s Lynn area.

Trust and Statutory Fundraisers – Norfolk-wide

Could you help make a real difference to the lives of bereaved parents?

TimeNorfolk is looking for a trust and statutory fundraiser to research and put together funding bids. These grants and trusts are what enable us to continue to help men and women who have experienced pregnancy loss.

We need an experienced fundraiser to increase funds by researching and targeting charitable trusts whose criteria match the Time Norfolk’s aims and activities.

This is a self-employed position, not salaried but remuneration will be paid on a percentage basis of funds received into TimeNorfolk. 
You may be based at home, which does not necessarily need to be in Norfolk.  However, you will be required to attend 3 – 4 meetings a year at our main office in Norwich.

A qualification in marketing media or business studies is desirable.

Volunteer Counsellor – King’s Lynn                                                                           

We are looking for an exceptional person who understands that counselling following pregnancy loss can change lives.

We have seen the demand for our service increase in the past few years and we require an additional volunteer counsellor located around King’s Lynn to ensure we are able to meet the needs of bereaved parents in this area.

The ideal person will be a qualified counsellor, or with a Level 2 or 3 in counselling. Coming equipped with knowledge and experience of loss and grief and who is confident in providing a service to clients with a range of complex needs. We will provide specific training on supporting people through pregnancy loss and pregnancy related issues.

We have an incredible and committed group of counsellors delivering a vital service. To support the right person we provide professional supervision, undertake regular peer supervision and offer CPD training throughout the year.
