Call to prayer

Churches urged to join transformation meeting in Norwich

An appeal has been made for more churches to join the next session of Transforming the Atmosphere at the House of Prayer on Fishergate, Norwich on July 16.

Transforming the Atmosphere received fresh impetus after the three visits of Rev Dr Alistair Petrie (in 2015, 2016 and 2017), and has developed a ministry that combines socio-historical research with informed prayer-walking and a continuing discipline of humbly seeking the Lord for fresh insight.
There is a real anticipation for this month’s session, says team member Rev Nigel Fox.

“Having learned how our multi-layered foundations have affected our heritage, there will be opportunity to share more of what is being discovered as we work towards a deeper understanding of long-term issues that still need healing.
“We’ve been digging deeper, learning new things as we go, and believe we are closer than ever to a point when our collective past in Norwich and the area may be truly healed and effectively released into greater freedom for a great future with God.
“It would be great for more churches to join us in this ongoing ministry, and especially for leaders and their intercessors to work together with us, as this will really strengthen the prayer-ministries of the Church,” said Nigel
Transforming the Atmosphere will meet at the House of Prayer, on Fishergate, Norwich, NR3 1SE, on Monday July 16 at 7.30pm. All are most welcome to join in.
