Bible teacher at Norwich prophetic convention

Robert Maasbach, an international Bible teacher who has “an astonishing ministry with prophetic words for individuals,” was the guest speaker at an East Anglian Christian convention in Norwich on April 27-28. 

The convention, arranged by the FGB Fellowship, wasll be held at Bowthorpe Church, Norwich, NR5 9AA. It starts on Friday evening with a hotpot supper at 7 for 7.30pm, followed by guest speaker Robert Maasbach who will begin his ministry on the theme,  ‘The Kingdom of God is within you,’  (Luke 17:21).
“We are delighted to welcome Robert Maasbach to Norwich for what we believe will be a life-changing event for many,” says FGB Norwich president Dr Barrie Lawrence.  “All men and women are invited to this special weekend of encouragement and inspiration. The convention registration fee is only £20 for the whole weekend which includes the Friday hotpot supper and a buffet lunch on the Saturday.”


The Friday hotpot supper on April 27 is at Bowthorpe Church at 7pm for 7.30pm for those who book in advance. Robert Maasbach will minister at the opening meeting from 8.30pm to 9.30pm; the evening ends at around 10pm.
Saturday, April 28: doors open at 9.15am, coffee from 9.30am.  The morning meeting is at 10am with praise and worship led by gifted Norfolk musician Bob Waters. There will be a mid-morning coffee break. Lunch is at 1pm and the final session is at 2pm to 3.30pm. The convention ends around 4pm.  The day visitor rate for the Saturday is £10 which includes lunch and coffee breaks. There is easy parking at the nearby Roys’ car park.

Robert Maasbach is the son of the well-known apostolic Dutch evangelist Johan Maasbach who planted churches throughout Holland and did missionary work around the world.
Robert and his wife, Virginia, did pastoral work in Europe before they were called to begin Life Church in Folkestone, a vibrant fellowship with the theme, ‘Loving God, Loving People.’  Robert, who has a passion for the Gospel message, has ministered extensively around the world.
The Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship - or FGB for short - has been active in East Anglia for more than 40 years and is part of a worldwide fellowship with chapters (or groups) in more than 100 countries. FGB is ‘an arm of the church’ - helping to build the church at large.  FGB is endorsed by many Christian  leaders, including the Archbishop of York, Dr John Sentamu, who says: “We need more men like them.”
