New biannual ministry training from Norwich church

Norwich’s SOUL Church has announced that it is launching free Open House training days to equip those in local church ministry across Norwich and Norfolk.

SOUL Church in Norwich is inviting anyone who serves in church ministry to join them for ‘Open House’ biannual training days to share ideas together and help launch churches into a new season of growth.

Pastor Jon Norman of SOUL Church explains: “We’re only a young church but we’ve been blessed to benefit from the wisdom and support of the wider Hillsong family and we’d love to share that with the local church.
“We’re passionate about our beautiful city and we want nothing more than to see many people coming to Christ across Norwich, both in our own church and in others. ‘Open House’ is a way for us all to learn and grow together.”
The training will be held twice a year and includes dedicated streams for those working with children, teens, creative, production and anyone building a team of volunteers. The Open House dates for 2018 are Tuesday, May 1 and Tuesday, October 23, from 10.30am – 3pm.
If you’d like to come along, please email to book your free place including lunch.

Do you appreciate our service and stories?

The Network Norwich & Norfolk website has been published for over 13 years now and we have an established team of professional journalists covering the activities, organisations and churches which make up the county’s Christian community. Our whole purpose is to support that community by daily providing accurate, unbiased stories and features.

To pay for that service, we rely on our partner organisations, advertisers and readers to, in turn, support us financially. We want to keep the website free for everyone to access and continue to be able to pay for writers to produce the content you can enjoy every day.

We would like to ask you to consider supporting our work and suggest you might want to make a small regular donation of just £1 a week and become one of our 100 Friends, or a larger one-off or annual amount.

Because we are part of a registered charity we can reclaim Gift Aid on your donations if you are a tax-payer.
