Cromer church to host EU Referendum debate

EU flag CF397Cromer Parish church is to host a public debate on June 1 to explore the issues relating to the forthcoming European Union referendum, and to help local voters decide which way to vote.

The guest speakers will be North Norfolk MP Norman Lamb, for the IN campaign; and UKIP councillor Michael Baker, for the OUT campaign.
Jess Stubenbord, from Cromer church, said “We are wanting folk to come and hear both sides of the debate and so come to a more informed position, and not just to vote on June 24 based on prejudice and ignorance.”
There will be an opportunity to ask questions, and light refreshments will be served. Everyone is welcome to attend the debate at Cromer Church starting at 7.30pm on June 1, with doors opening at 7pm.
For further information please contact Jess Stubenbord at or phone 01263 578230
