Polish church leader to speak in Norwich

ZibiMagdaMarzec450A dynamic church leader from a growing Polish church, will be visiting Norwich for the first time on Sunday (October 13) to speak at local church Proclaimers, Norwich.

Zibi Marzec, alongside his wife, Magda (pictured above), lead a growing church in the city of Krakow, Poland. The church, known as Church for the City, is a vibrant, modern church with many young people from the cities universities making up its congregation.
With over 521,000 Polish-born people making their home in the UK, Polish is the most commonly spoken non-native language in Norfolk.
Tom Rawls, Lead Pastor of Proclaimers, has spoken at the Krakow church on several occasions over a period of years and this will be the first return visit from Marzec to Norwich.
“It’s great for us to have such a strong connection with Poland. Zibi and his wife Magda are doing a great thing in the city of Krakow,” said Tom. “They are building something modern and fresh which so many Polish young people are connecting with. Krakow is a university city like Norwich and I am excited for Zibi to come and input into what we are doing here.”
Zibi will be speaking at both the 10am and 6pm service at Proclaimers based on Roundtree Way, Norwich.
