Local church organises Norwich North hustings

St Cuthbert's Church in Sprowston is holding hustings on May 24 ahead of the general election. Members of the community are invited to come along with their questions.

The hustings is being organised by St. Cuthbert's Church, Wroxham Road, Sprowston and is an opportunity to question the parlimentary candidates for Norwich North. Come with your question on Wednesday 24th May at 7.30pm. This event has gained a lot of interest following the success of the previous hustings event in the run up to the 2015 election.
Revd Dean Akrill, Associate Vicar of Sprowston, said, "I see it very much as a community wide event. The hustings is an opportunity to question candidates on their vision for society at this extraordinary time in our social and political life. What sort of society do we want to live in? What are our priorities? And what do the choices we make say about us at this time?"
The candidates attending are Chris Jones (Labour), Adrian Holmes (Green), Hugh Lanham (Liberal Democrat) and Chloe Smith (Conservative).
