Christians together for Acle prayer walk.
Led by Methodist minister Rev Steve Cullis and Church of England vicar Rev Martin Greenland the Norfolk village of Acle once again revealed itself to be a model of ecumenism when representatives of three faiths enjoyed their traditional annual prayer walk on Sunday February 15, 2015.
Assembling at St Edmunds Church for initial prayers the group processed around Acle pausing to recite appropriate prayers at Barclays Bank, the BP service station, fire station, primary school, medical centre and library before finishing up for final prayers and refreshments at the Methodist chapel.
