Spurgeons is looking for a Children and Young People Worker for Norwich city centre on behalf of SafeLives.

Children and Young People Worker - Norwich City Centre

1 x 30 hours/pw (0.8FTE)
£21,166 – £25,801 pro rata and depending on experience
Initially fixed term contract until June 2021
 
As one of our Children and Young People’s Workers, you will have extensive experience of delivering interventions with children and young people, and their families, ideally with experience around domestic abuse. You will be experienced in managing a diverse and complex case load. You will be passionate and proactive about meeting the needs of children, young people and families, doing so with compassion, tenacity, and hope for their futures with a strong commitment to ensuring their safety. You will be able to build successful partnerships within the service delivery team and with key partners, in order to deliver holistic services to improve outcomes for your clients. You will value, champion and amplify the voices of our service users.
