We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, dedication and the willingness to learn to join our growing team.  You will need to have excellent attention to detail, a welcoming and friendly manner,  good communication skills as well as the ability to be flexible to the changing needs of the project. This is an exciting opportunity for you if you want to make a difference to the lives of disadvantaged young people in Norfolk.

On Track is a partnership between The Matthew Project (Lead agency), YMCA Norfolk, ACE (Action Community Enterprise), GYROS, The Prince’s Trust and Nansa.

On Track will support young people with multiple and complex needs into education, training and employment. On Track has been funded as part of the Building Better Opportunities programme and is a project jointly funded by the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social fund.

The Matthew Project is a value driven charity working across East Anglia giving help and hope through programmes with adults, young people and communities affected by drugs and alcohol. We have a vision to reach every part of the community in the most creative, effective and efficient ways. Through our varied services, young people and adults receive professional advice, information, counselling, support, care and education.
