Spring Break 2019CFThe best is yet to come at Letton Hall event

Letton Hall is delighted to welcome Phil and Patsie Webb to lead their Spring Break event in April, a time of relaxation, enjoyment and good bible teaching.

Bookings are now being taken for Spring Break which will be held from Monday April 29 – Thursday May 2. Phil Webb’s helpful talks will ask what God has to say about our great worth and role in walking with Him as we “leave our youth behind”! What can we learn from some of the most remarkable bible heroes and heroines who had more “miles on the clock” than us? In a very real sense, The best is yet to come!

About the speakers

Phil has a way of gently and interestingly taking us into fresh ways of seeing old things, sometimes helping us face difficult themes we might naturally try and avoid, only to discover that “hey - we actually get that”! He studies deeply and widely in his preparations but his humble delivery brings us teaching which is inspired, inspiring, amusing, challenging and useful. Phil has been a school teacher, a youth leader, a church pastor and itinerant bible teacher. He and Patsie have also been part of the prayer ministry and teaching team with Ellel Ministies. They were faithful pioneers in the early days of Letton’s ministry and Phil served as a Trustee at Letton Hall until 2016. They are now retired and live in Donington, Lincolnshire, part of New Life Church, Sleaford.

The Programme

The Letton Spring Break is a lovely opportunity to be refreshed whilst engaging with practical and inspiring Bible teaching. There will also be times of prayer and worship and opportunities for fellowship, discussions and personal prayer if you wish. Teaching and worship sessions will be in the mornings and evenings, leaving the afternoons free. Although there will be around eight sessions, they will not be intensive and breaks for coffee and chat will be frequent.  One afternoon there will be an outing to a Norfolk place of interest and there will be ample opportunity to enjoy Letton’s grounds and maybe even a Go-Kart session. You can relax with friends in the library, discover the games room and be as energetic or chilled as you like.
