New team members at Norwich Christian project

This academic year at Norwich based youth project ENYP is an exciting one with new appointments to the team, enabling further expansion to the children and youth projects.

Since the charity was established in September 2007 the project has grown to cover the Greater Norwich area and now works in partnership with over 30 churches.  The team and volunteers continue to deliver and provide a range of children’s and youth projects to engage young people, and this year will see the start of some new projects too!

Tom Woods joins ENYP as the Sports and Outreach Worker, initially focusing on football, but looking to expand ENYP's physical activity and wellbeing provision.

Tom says; “I have a God-given passion to use sport as a tool to reflect, as best I can, the love of Jesus, particularly to young people.  Sport is a fantastic way to build relationships and trust with people and I feel this is the key.  I hope to insert a sense of pride and self-esteem into the individuals I work with, and most of all hope God can use the work we carry to bring more and more people to Him.”
