Hear about future of Transforming Norwich

TransformingNorwichBadge250

Church and Christian organisation and charity leaders are being invited to the AGM of Transforming Norwich which will clarify and confirm its new way of working and look to the future.

The AGM will take place at Norwich Central Baptist Church on Wednesday July 25 from 12.30pm - 2pm and be followed by a lunch.

In an email to members, the steering group said: “As you may remember, last year we introduced some changes to the how Transforming Norwich works. This new way of working has been a positive experience for many of us, which has been confirmed through a number of conversations with leaders across Norwich.

“At this year’s AGM we will look to clarify and confirm the proposal shared last year as the new way of working. The two most significant changes would be in relation to the existing constitution and membership fees. In effect we are proposing to replace the constitution with this new working document which we hope expresses the heart of where we sense God leading us together.

“If you have any questions or concerns please do email us and we will endeavour to answer them at the AGM.”

The Transforming Norwich Steering Group is currently made up of: Nick Blanch (Norwich Youth for Christ); Mark Fairweather-Tall (NCBC); Danny Doran-Smith (ENYP); Julian Bryant (Christian Aid); Madeline Light (St Stephens Church); Trevor Pimlott (Soul Church); Ian Dyble (St Thomas); Keith Morris (Network Norwich & Norfolk); Phil Thorne (Alive Norwich); Toby Skipper (King's Community Church)
