Norwich church fundraises for Indian orphanage
Radical church in Norwich are appealing for people to donate unwanted laptops to be sent on their next mission trip to India. They are also holding a curry night on Friday February 16 to raise funds.
Matt Richards, pastor of Radical Church in Norwich, and his wife Beth have supported an orphanage, church and school in India, based in the seaside town of Cuddalore which is in the state of Tamil Nadu since 2001. Matt said, "Since starting Radical, we, as a church, have also been supporting the work there. The orphanage, along with school and church, is run by an Christian family, The Easterdoss Family."
"We visit most years and, if able, take items with us which can be a blessing to them. This year, we are hoping to take a number of reconditioned laptops to give to the school as their current IT resources are no longer viable. A projector is also needed at the orphanage."
