New Christian drama club to launch in Norwich

NYFC ActsNorwich Youth For Christ is launching  new fun-filled drama sessions for 11-18 year olds. They are appealing for young people to join sign up to the first session which is set for November 27.

The launch of NYFC Acts will be on November 27, the first of three drama sessions at Chapelfield Methodist Church on Wednesday evenings as part of their new arts programme. Sessions are open to all abilities; no previous drama experience is required.

Nick Blanch, Director of Norwich Youth For Christ says, ‘This complements our gospel choir project as we start to broaden our creative arts work and engage with more young people with the gospel. It’s the start of something new but we hope it will attract young people who are interested in drama but may not currently have an outlet for expressing their creative gifts’.

Libby Redman who will be running the group said ‘The sessions will aim to develop the self-confidence, artistic and interpersonal skills of the young people, while having lots of fun together!’

Sessions will be held from 6:45pm-8:15pm on the following dates:
? 27th November
? 4th December
? 11th December
