Counsellor - Norwich based

£14,658 - £15,866 pa (Pro rata of £21,694 - £23,481) pa
25 hours per week

The Matthew Project is a value driven charity working across Norfolk and Suffolk giving help and hope through programmes with adults, young people and communities affected by drugs and alcohol. Through our varied services, young people and adults receive professional advice, information, counselling, support, care and education.

We need an experienced counsellor to provide counselling and support to adults affected by substance misuse. Experience of working in a substance misuse setting is desired. You must have a professional qualification in Counselling and BACP / UKCP accreditation.

We will need you to be able to cover one early evening session up to 8pm. The exact hours will be by agreement.

Trust and Foundation Fundraiser/Bid Co-ordinator - Norwich based

£19,340 to £20,933 pa

Maternity cover temporary until March 2018

This is a role to cover maternity leave for up to 50 weeks. The post holder will have relevant experience and skills to manage a programme of funding applications and support large bids. The role includes maintaining a funding database and project list, researching opportunities, writing responses, supporting solutioning, analysing results, producing reports and building relationships.

Fundraising Volunteer Co-ordinator - Norwich based

15 hours per week

£9,710 - £10,721 per annum (pro rata of £23,951 - £26,445)

Are you passionate about volunteering and have a track record of developing volunteer programmes or opportunities?
Can you motivate and inspire volunteers to give up their time to make a difference to people’s lives?

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience of supporting and developing volunteers. The purpose of the role is to recruit and manage fundraising volunteers to support our fundraising activities. Working alongside our Volunteer Involvement Lead, development team and our charitable services you will recruit and manage fundraising, speaker, event and support volunteers by raising awareness of The Matthew Project’s work to organisations and co-ordinating involvement in fundraising activities. We need someone who is willing to work flexibly as this will need some activity during weekends and evenings.
