Celebrate King’s Lynn seek volunteers for June fun day

Organisers of Celebrate King’s Lynn’s June event are seeking volunteers to make this free family and community fun day live up to the success of the event in 2016.

Celebrate King's Lynn are looking for volunteers to help with their town-wide free family fun day put on by the town’s churches as a blessing to the local community.

The event will be held in The Walks on Saturday, June 3, 10am-4pm with many of the churches and Christian organisations of King’s Lynn coming together to host fun stalls.

Visitors will also be able to enjoy live music from local bands such as The Bean Baker Band, have fun on inflatables, eat complimentary cakes, watch entertaining demonstrations and much more.

The organising team are seeking volunteers to steward, help with the set-up and pack down, serve refreshments and provide help for stall holders.

Alison Hill, Organiser of Celebrate King’s Lynn said: “Last year’s event was very successful and we would like to make sure we have the same success this year. It is only possible because of our volunteers so all help is much appreciated.

"It is a really enjoyable event to be a part of with a lot of fun and fellowship playing a big role in the day.  We look forward to hearing from you!”

If you would like to volunteer with Celebrate King’s Lynn pleases email Alison Hill on alisonhilluk@gmail.com with your name, contact phone number and email address.
