Read the real Good News this Christmas

GNFNXmas08FrontCropThe real Good News behind Christmas will be popping through 70,000 letterboxes across greater Norwich over the next few days.

The Christmas edition of Christian tabloid newspaper Good News for Norwich will be delivered right across the city by dozens of churches along with their own Christmas cards and service times in a massive operation.

On the front page of the paper is the story of the Norfolk-based chief of the British Army, Sir Richard Dannatt, who talks of how God saved his life four times.

It also contains stories about Olympic heroes Christine Ohuruogu and Usain Bolt as well as the heart-warming tale of a miracle baby born to a Norwich couple on the other side of the world in New Zealand.

Also featured are Norwich taxi-driver and author Gary Moore, football legend Cyrille Regis and Lowestoft father Phil Stoddart, who has written a book about his family’s traumatic experience when two of their teenage daughters died in a car crash and how with the help of their faith, they how coped since.
