Ex market trader tells surprising story
A former market trader and one-time bulldozer driver who eventually became a prison chaplain in London was the guest speaker at the Norwich lunch of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship on Thursday, September 18, 2008, at 1pm.
Bob Humphries and his wife, Linda (pictured right), have a big heart to help people in need and now pioneer the Kedesh Drop-in Centre in Magdalen Street, Norwich.
Bob shared his unusual story at the FGB lunch at a new venue in the heart of Tombland – the upstairs restaurant at Erpingham House, pictured below.
A glass of wine or a cold drink is included in the tasty “express business lunch” costing just £5.95.
Reservations: contact Robert Ross on 01603 631050 (office number) or email robert@positive-selection.com
These monthly lunches are designed to fit into a standard lunch hour and guests are asked to arrive by 12.55 as lunch is at 1pm. Erpingham House, NR3 IRF, is at 22, Tombland, not far from the Cathedral gateway. Everyone is welcome.
